Whole-wheat bread with smoked salmon – Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 4 leaves of Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of ricota
  • A twig of rosemary

Whole-wheat bread with smoked salmon preparation

Prepare  4 slices of whole wheat-bread. Two slices of whole-wheat bread spread with ricota. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and if desired tear into small pieces. Place salad on bread slices with spread. If necessary cut smoked salmon slices into into small pieces and put on the lettuce. Add the three petals of rosemary and cover with other slice of bread.

It is possible to enjoy salmon with freshly ground pepper.
