  • 8 sprigs of chives
  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread

  • 5 sprigs of fennel leaves

Well wash fennel leaves under running water, shake them and finely chop. Wash chive sprigs and shake good to dry. Place pan on stove and heat it well. Add the oil and spread it upon with a spoon.
