Salmon with avocado sauce ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of black pepper

Avocado sauce

  • 150 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 1 lime

Salmon with avocado sauce preparation

Wash thoroughly avocado and mango. Peel mangoes, remove the stone and cut it into small cubes. Halve avocados halved and remove stone from it. And then remove meat from the shell and cut it into small cubes. In a bowl pour avocado, mango and plain yogurt and stir the mixture well. Wash lime. Grate peel and cut it and squeeze the fruit, then add the skin and juice in a bowl. Everything mix again and place in refrigerator until use.

Wash the fillets under running water and dry. With fingertips go over the meat and look for any kernels and remove them with tweezers. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In a skillet melt butter and fry the salmon fillets in it. On each side bake them for 5 minutes to get nice crispy.

Arrange on a plate avocado sauce, place salmon fillets and serve.

Additional tips to prepare salmon with avocado

It is best if you use organic lime, whose shell is not treated with a spray. If organic lime is not available immerse lime for a few minutes in boiling water and wipe well to remove the wax, which is toxic.
