Salmon with almonds ingredients for 4 people

  • 800 g salmon cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 pinches of freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 0.25 bunch of dill

Salmon with Almonds preparation

Wash salmon cutlets under running water and dry well with paper towel. Prepared pieces salt and pepper. Put the pan on the stove, which we well warm and quickly fry the dried almond flakes. While roasting shake pan several times and flakes as soon as they start to become brown, pour in a cup.

Wash dill, shake and chop rough. Place the pan back on stove and add the olive oil. Allow the oil to heat up, then stir lemon juice into it and place salmon cutlets into the pan. Bake each side of salmon cutlets for 3 to 4 minutes on a moderate temperature. Sprinkle salmon cutlets with dill.

Arrange baked salmon cutlets on the plate and sprinkle with roasted almond flakes.
