  • 1 lemon
  • 1 young onion
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch of white pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Salmon spread preparation

Wash the lemons under hot water, wipe it well and grate zest. Cut it in half and squeeze one half. Clean and finely chop onion. Chop finely also smoked salmon. Thoroughly wash chive sprigs.
