Salmon skewers ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillets (boneless and skinless)
- 1 yellow pepper
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- a larger zucchini
- 1 lime
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 pinches of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
Salmon skewers preparation
Thoroughly rinse salmon fillet under running water. Then, dry with towel and cut into 2 cm thick cubes. Well wash zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and parsley. Remove seeds from peppers and peel garlic. Zucchini and peppers cut into 2-inch pieces. Chop parsley and garlic. Cut the lime in half and squeeze well.
Garlic, oil, lime juice, salt and parsley place in large bowl and mix well. In a bowl pour chopped vegetables and pieces of fish. With your hands mix well that marinade is evenly distributed. Cover the bowl for 30 minutes and store in refrigerator.
On wooden skewers alternately put salmon, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes. Then Put the pan on the stove, in which dissolve the butter. Bake to golden brown skewers. On each side bake approximately 4-5 minutes.
Serve prepared skewers on a plate with the selected attachment.

Instead of butter can be used coconut oil or fat.
