- 100 g sliced smoked salmon
- 150 g ricotta
- 0.5 bunch chives
Salmon rolls preparation
Place chive stems in a bowl and pour the boiling water. Allow 1 to 2 minutes to soften, then drain and dry. Pour ricotta into a bowl and mix well with a fork.
Place slices of smoked salmon on a clean work surface and cut into smaller pieces, which should be about 4 inches long. Place two pieces of salmon on each other and place in the center a spoon of ricotta. Wrap ricotta with slices of smoked salmon and everything tied together with a chive stem. Put prepared rolls for one hour in refrigerator. Arrange the chilled snacks on a serving platter and serve guests.
Additional tips how to prepare salmon rolls
We recommended you that before serving sprinkle the snack with three tablespoons of walnut oil. You may stir in ricotta chopped herbs (e.g. chives, or basil).
