  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Salmon rolls preparation

Wash and dry the parsley. Cut Feta cheese into thick strips. Each piece of cheese wrapped in a slice of smoked salmon and place two rolls on the same plate. After the salmon rolls sprinkle some pepper. Decorate plates with parsley and sprinkle with oyster sauce.
