Fresh salad leaves serve as a cup, on which we put salmon filled with fresh vegetables.

Salmon on salad leaves ingredients for 4 people

  • 80 g of soft lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 small young onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g smoked salmon

Salmon on salad leaves preparation

Wash the lettuce well and divide into leaves. Take care not to tear leaves, as they will serve as a wrapper. Wash tomatoes, remove the green parts and chop it finely. Peel onions, wash and finely chop. Wash the young onions, clean and cut into thin outers. Halved lemon and squeeze the juice of one half, while the other half cut into outers for decoration.

Cut smoked salmon into thin slices, which are cut into bite-size pieces. Pour into a bowl the onion young onions, tomatoes and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix well.

Arrange on a plate lettuce leaves, in which we stuff the mixture. Place on a plate in lemon outers and serve.
