Salmon on leeks – ingredients for 4 people

  • 800 g salmon cutlets
  • 1 kg leek
  • 4 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Salmon on leeks preparation

Thoroughly clean leeks, wash and cut into outers. Peel the onion finely and finely chop. Wash good salmon cutlets, dry with kitchen towels and season to taste with pepper and salt.

Put the pan on the stove in which heat the oil. On oil during occasional stirring for 3 minutes braise onions, leeks and thyme. Season with salt and pepper, add broth and cook for about 4 minutes to let the leeks and onions soften slightly.

Put on a new electric skillet, where first dissolve the butter and then stir in the butter a lemon juice. Place the salmon cutlets into pan and cook them on each side for about 3 minutes. Serve grilled cutlets on a plate, add the leeks which we pour with the soy sauce and serve the dish.
