Salmon in crispy crust ingredients for 4 people

  • 800 g salmon fillets
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 5 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 0.5 tbsp bright sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt

Salmon in crispy crust preparation

Thoroughly wash salmon fillets and dry with paper towels. Then cut into thin strips and lightly season with salt. In a deep dish kill and then whisk eggs.

Prepare two deep dishes. In the first plate pour flour and in second mixture of bread and sesame crumbs. Salmon pieces first roll in flour, then in eggs and finally in bread crumbs and sesame seeds.

Put the pan on the stove and first heat it well. In a pan add oil, wait for it to heat and in it on each side for about 4 minutes fry salmon meat strips. When the croquettes are ready place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Serve prepared croquettes on a plate with the appropriate attachment to your guests.
