Salmon Carpaccio ingredients for 4 people

  • 200 g salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 30 grains of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt

Salmon Carpaccio preparation
