Salmon Carpaccio ingredients for 4 people
- 200 g salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 30 grains of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 pinch of salt
Salmon Carpaccio preparation
