Salmon burger ingredients for 4 people
- 600 g bread with sesame seeds (4 pieces) for burger
- 60 g of soft lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons tartar sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
- 0.5 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 2 salmon fillets
- 20 g bread crumbs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 teaspoons of chopped dill
Salmon burger preparation
From the ingredients, prepare salmon patties. Washed and dry lettuce leaves. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Light a charcoal grill.
Well oil and heat grill. Brush salmon fillets with oil and bake them on the grill. On each side bake about 5 minutes. Cut bread on slices and place on lettuce that you top with slices of tomato. Place salmon patties on the tomatoes and on the top add a tablespoon of tartar sauce, cover with top slice of bread and serve.
