Salad with salmon and mint ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
  • 8 young potato
  • 2 cups of mint leaves
  • 2 cans of peas
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 150 g baby chard

Salad with salmon and mint preparation

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake potatoes in preheated oven on a grid for 30 minutes.
