Roulade with zucchini and smoked salmon


Easy delicacy, which boasts with a gentle taste of zucchini in combination with smoked salmon. Food for kings and queens.

Roulade with zucchini and smoked salmon ingredients for 6 people

  • 150 g zucchini
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 pinches of pepper

Roulade with zucchini and smoked salmon preparation

Wash zucchini and dry it with cloth or paper towel. Slice it lengthwise into thin slices. Cut mozzarella into thick cubes and smoked salmon into longer slices.

Quickly fry zucchini in olive oil on both sides and pepper them.

On the roast zucchini place as long slice of salmon and both roll up around mozzarella. Fold on the tray or platter and serve.

Additional tips to prepare roulade with zucchini and smoked salmon

That the rolls will not dissolve, pierce them with a toothpick. If you do not like mozzarella, you can roll up in the middle another cheese (e.g. young sheep or cow). For extra flavor you can also roll in the roulade basil leaves. In slices (zucchini), you can use the peeler. That zucchini will look like in the photo, use the grill or grill pan.
