Pancakes with salmon – ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 tablespoon of oil


  • 12 slices smoked salmon
  • 200 g of Feta cheese
  • 15 g Edam in the piece
  • 2 tablespoons of minced rosemary


  • 2 eggs
  • 350 ml milk
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 dl mineral water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Pancakes with salmon preparation

From ingredients prepare pancake batter.

In a pan pour a drop of oil, spread it on the pan and put the pan on the stove. Heat the pan well and pour into the first bucket of batter. Poured the mass into the pan so there are no holes and that a layer of dough as evenly thick. Bake pancake on one side – you can help yourself with a wooden spatula so that you lift a pancake and check whether is baked. Then invert the pancake and bake the other side. Put baked pancakes onto warm platter. Repeat this procedure until you bake enough or pancakes or you use all the dough.

In a bowl with your fingers (or fork) crush Feta cheese into crumbs and then mash well with a spoon to get a spread. Cut salmon fillets into chunks or strips. On pancakes put pieces of smoked salmon and which we brush with cheese. Each pancake sprinkle lightly with rosemary, roll up and put in a fireproof container.

Set oven to 220 degrees. Grate Edam and sprinkle on pancakes that you bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve in the container or put pancakes on individual plates and garnish with that salad.
