From ingredients prepare pancake mass and let rest 30 minutes.

In a pan pour a little oil, spread it on the pan and put it on the stove. Heat the pan well and pour into it the first bucket of pancake mass. Pour in the mass and be careful that there are no holes and a layer of dough as evenly thick. Bake pancake on one side – you can help yourself with a wooden spatula to lift pancake and check whether is true baked. Turn pancake and bake in the other side. Put baked pancakes on to warm platter. Repeat this procedure until you bake enough pancakes or consume mass.

Wash Koprc in water and finely chop. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. On each pancake put a teaspoon or two of sour cream which is spread evenly on pancakes. Then arrange on pancakes a few slices of salmon and overlaid them with one or two slices of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle over the pancake with koprcem. Then roll up a pancake and place in baking dish that has been lined with baking paper. Repeat this procedure until you roll up all the pancakes.

Place pancake pan in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes so the cheese melts. Remove pan from oven and on the board fold pancakes. Cut pancakes into pieces and serve them warm.
