Natural face masks from fruits
People are increasingly using natural cosmetics that do not contain preservatives, dyes, fragrances and other additives. That’s why home-made masks and exfoliation so appreciated are.
Safe cosmetics do not exist
It is difficult to make a product that is stable for a long time and does not contain all kind of additives. So, what to do, that we at least partially shield our face and body from harmful chemicals and other additives. Start buying cosmetics that have BDIH labels and do not contain petroleum products.
These products contain instead of synthetic fats, natural fats in form of olive oil or coconut oil. We would exaggerate, if we say that these are completely harmless cosmetics. But it is certainly true that it is healthier and far more useful for our face then most expensive face creams from cosmetics manufacturers.
Back to the nature
Centuries ago, herbalists prepared various infusions, which were made from plants, fruits or spurge derived from medicinal plants. This is still well known aloe vera, coconut milk and other liquid fruits, which can help in cleaning or face care.
There is increasing demand, how can be certain cosmetic products prepared at home. Much of it could be found in the kitchen. All we need is just a little creativity and knowledge of basic ingredients with which to make their home cosmetic product.
So you can make quite a few products for which we do not spend a lot of money and will not take us too long.
Different types of skins
Each of us knows very well our skin. There are mixed skin, oily skin. Mostly there is dry up skin and dry skin, because of the mentioned expensive industrial cosmetics that dry the skin. The skin after applying the cream is back soft and shiny again, but epidermis is drained, that a water-washed skin on your face is “pulling together”. This should already be sufficient cause for alarm that something had to be drastically changed.
Dry and dry up skin: Do not shine, is sensitive, and when washed the skin pulls together. Sebaceous and sweat glands do not function as required, this demands a very gentle exfoliation and mask that moisturize, hold, smooth and soothe the skin.
Oily skin: There is only a few people with oily skin. They generally have a fairly thick skin, sebaceous glands and sweat glands are increased, especially around the nose and cheeks, we often encounter on extremely dry epidermis, so it is sometimes difficult to recognize. Pilings are a bit stronger and they may also contain cooking salt or clay to remove excess fat.
Normal skin type: Lucky those, who still have such a skin, which is very rare. The skin is clean, free of acne, pimples, and has a shiny appearance, without visible wrinkles. Such skin will be grateful for any natural cleanser, scrub or mask, which will be on its basis regenerative, relaxing and moisturizing.
Mixed type of skin: Even people with mixed skin types are limited. We distinguish between T-type mixed skin (oily only in parts of the nose, chin and forehead) and I mixed skin type (oily in the nose and chin area). In principle the skin is smooth, otherwise with no major features, only on the cheek and eye area is dry and thin.
The first task is to scrub to remove the horny layer of dead cells from the face. If you have very sensitive skin, you do it with oat flakes, which have to be added a little cream or milk.
This is a gentle exfoliation and does not leave redness. If you have normal or mixed skin type, take two tablespoons of sour cream and add a teaspoon of salt. In particular, you should be careful around the eyes. Areas around the eyes are always left out, because the skin is too sensitive and too thin.
If you have oily skin, squeeze half a lemon and add a tablespoon of purchased or by the river accumulated clay, mix well and peeling is done. Most of the dead epidermis is retained in the area around the nose, chin and forehead.
With circular motion, always perpendicular to the wrinkles, massage face for 3-5 minutes and then remove the peeling with warm water. Skin will be soft and supple; the pores will be open and prepared for the mask.
