Homemade facial masks




When preparing meals you can also by the way make skin care products from the diet. Masks can be used for all parts of the body.

The mask of aloe Vera, rose and clay

The mask is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive. Ingredients can be purchased in health food stores.

  • 1.5 tsp green clay
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon white clay
  • 4 teaspoon aloe Vera gel
  • 2 teaspoons of distilled water rose painting
  • 2 drops of essential oil of roses

Mix white and green clay. In separate bowl mix the aloe Vera and rose water. Stir the mixture slowly in a mixture of clay to get a smooth paste. Lastly, add essential oil.

Apply mask to face and neck and leave on for 15 minutes. The mask is sufficient for 2 to 3 coats. You can store it in a Tuperwar’s cup which lasts up to a month.

Mask of the refrigerator

  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon liquid of honey

Mix the yogurt with honey and apply on face and neck. Leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. If your skin is dry, use 2 teaspoons of honey, for oily skin add a few drops of fresh lime juice.

Very hydrating mask: almonds, honey, milk and aloe Vera

  • 1 teaspoon milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon aloe Vera gel
  • 2 drops of essential oil, jojoba

Mix milk with almonds, add the honey and litter later aloe Vera and then mix all very good. Lastly, add essential oil. Apply to face and leave on for 10-20 minutes. Mask can be used two to three times. In the refrigerator lasts two weeks.
