Grilled salmon with pineapple


Salmon cutlets with pineapple slices? Yes, quite common in the Philippines dish. Spice up your barbeque and enjoy it too.

Grilled salmon with pineapple ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 salmon cutlets
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Grilled salmon with pineapple preparation

Thoroughly wash salmon cutlets and dry with a paper towel. Wash lemon, grate the skin for one teaspoon and squeeze lemon juice. Season salmon cutlets with lemon juice and lemon skin and for half an hour put in the refrigerator.

Prepare the grill. Blot cutlets, season to taste with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Heat well the grill and brush with oil. At high temperature bake salmon cutlets and pineapple slices on each side for about 3-4 minutes.

Baked salmon cutlets and pineapple slices spread on a plate and serve with the attachment.

Additional tips to prepare grilled salmon with pineapple

It is best if we use bio-lemon, which skin is not treated with a chemicals. If bio-lemon is not available, immerse a lemon for a few minutes in boiling water and wipe well to remove the wax, in case the presence of poisons.
