Flat spaghetti with salmon ingredients for 4 people

  • 400g spaghetti flat (Bavette)
  • 300g salmon fillets (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of white pepper
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200 g cream for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil

Flat spaghetti with salmon preparation

Put on the oven one bigger pan of 1 liter salted water and allow wait to boil. Then pour in boiling water spaghetti and cook as long as it is marked on the package.

Cut salmon into small pieces, place them in a small bowl and pour with lemon juice. Cover the bowl and put for 10 min in refrigerator. Clean and wash the shallots and finely chop.

Put a pan on stove and heat the butter and fry onions. All this topped with whipped cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes on low heat that about half the sauce evaporates. When the pasta is cooked, drain well, cover and place in a warm place. In the sauce, add salmon pieces and lemon juice, stir and cook another 3 minutes.

Serve spaghetti in a deep plate and pour the prepared sauce on it. Sprinkle dish with basil and serve to guests.
