Face mask recipes
Long nights in December, entertainment and plenty of food and beverages are not seen only on the body and excess kilograms. Even out skin tone mask
Mix egg white, half grated apple and a tablespoon of starch. Add a tablespoon of mineral water and let stand for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to face and décolleté and leave to make effect from 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and protect the skin with a light nourishing cream. The mask is especially suitable for combination and oily skin.
With mixer mix a quarter of an apple, half peach, half of tomatoes, a tablespoon of milk and a tablespoon of almond oil. Mixture in a thin layer applied to the face, neck and décolleté and leave for 30 minutes. After application you can enjoy in a refreshing shower.
Mask for smooth skin
With a fork mash one banana and half of the avocado. Add third of chopped cucumber, a spoon of full-fat yogurt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all together into a smooth mixture, which we apply for a good half hour on the face. Wash it with cold water.
Mask for sensitive skin
Mix a teaspoon of brewer’s yeast with half a cup of full-fat yogurt and add a tablespoon of honey flower. Applied it to the skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and freshen up your face with a gentle cleansing tonic, which contains extracts of chamomile or aloe vera.
Mask for mature skin
Mix egg yolk with a tablespoon of honey, yogurt and sugar. Stir mask until the sugar is completely and dissolved and then apply a thin layer on the skin, neck and décolleté. Leave to effect for 25 to 30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Nourish the skin with a rich moisturizer. Especially pay attention to the sensitive area under the eyes.
