Canapés with smoked salmon – Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250 g baguette
  • 150 g of smoked salmon fillets
  • 250 g mozzarella cheese (balls) in brine
  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 lemon

Canapés with smoked salmon preparation

Wash and dry arugula and cut loaf into thin slices. Cut on smaller slices also salmon fillets. Cut the lemon in half.
Place on loaf slices some leaves of arugula, mozzarella ball and small slice of salmon. Dress with lemon juice.

Additional tips to prepare Canapés with smoked salmon

To make Canapés more stable, put on the slice of loaf first a slice of salmon, then arugula and mozzarella. Instead of arugula you can use lettuce leaves and instead of mozzarella you can use ricotta.
