  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 cup of pitted black olives
  • French loaf 250 g (1 piece)
  • 3 sprigs of parsley

Cut French loaf into thin slices to and arrange on the tray or platter. Salmon slices cut into small slices. On each toothpick stick first a small slice of salmon, then an olive and then a salmon slice again.

Each toothpick with salmon and an olive stiffen in bread. For decoration you can use parsley leaves, which are previously washed under running water. Serve a tray with Canapé on the table.
