Baguette with avocado, salmon and caviar


On thick slices of grilled baguette spread the spread of avocado and top with smoked salmon and salmon caviar.

Baguette with avocado, salmon and caviar ingredients for 10 people

  • 750 g baguette (3 pieces)
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g of caviar made
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Cut baguette obliquely into 3 cm thick slices. Put the pan with butter and wait that butter to heat up and melt. In the pan fold baguette pieces and bake to gold on both sides. Postpone it to a plate and keep them warm. Cut salmon in so many pieces as we have pieces of baguette.

Prepare avocado spread: Cut the avocados lengthwise and remove stone. With spoon, scoop out flesh. With a blender or fork, mix avocado pulp and place in oil, lemon juice, chives, coriander, pepper and salt into a smooth creamy mixture.

Avocado is ripe when the skin under slight finger pressure hacks. Skin must not be damaged, wrinkled or have brown spots.
