  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 sprigs of dill
  • 2 parsley springs
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 100 g of smoked salmon

Avocado with smoked salmon preparation

Wash well sprigs of parsley and dill and parsley springs of parsley tear off leaves. Cut lemon in half and squeeze for one tablespoon of lemon juice. Thoroughly wash avocado, cut it in half and remove the stone. Serve them on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Thoroughly wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut into small strips.
